What is Club Lifestyle?
Club Lifestyle is an exclusive benefit for eligible Lifestyle Communities homeowners, offering short-stay access to accommodation and facilities on the Bellarine Peninsula.
Where is Club Lifestyle located?
Club Lifestyle Bellarine is located on the Bellarine Peninsula, close to beaches, wetlands and local seaside towns.
Who can book Club Lifestyle?
Bookings can only be made by eligible homeowners. In some cases, Lifestyle Communities may allow use by others (such as prospective buyers or staff) at its discretion.
Booking & Availability
When do bookings open?
Bookings open in the month prior to each calendar quarter. For example, July–September bookings open in June.
How many stays can I book?
You can book up to four stays per calendar year, with one stay available per calendar quarter.
How do I make a booking?
You can book via the Club Lifestyle booking system (this website) or by contacting:

When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
Why can’t I see availability?
Availability may be released in stages, and some dates may be restricted or limited during peak periods.
Accommodation Options
What types of accommodation are available?
You can choose from:
- Villa (1 or 2 bedroom)
- Motorhome
- Caravan site
What are the standard stay lengths?
- Villas: 4 nights (Thursday to Monday)
- Motorhomes: 5 nights (Thursday to Tuesday)
- Caravan sites: Up to 10 nights per booking
Do caravan sites have the same limits?
No. Caravan sites can be booked more often, subject to availability.
Check-in & Experience
What time is check-in and check-out?
- Villas: Check-in Thursday, check-out Monday
- Motorhomes: Pick up 11am Thursday, return 11am Tuesday
Is there a reception?
We are available during business hours by email to help with bookings and questions. On-site reception is open on Thursdays and Mondays. Outside these times, support will still be available if needed, but the experience is generally self-service, similar to Airbnb.
Are there flexible arrivals and departures options?
Yes. A self-service check-in and check-out experience allows you to arrive later or leave earlier if needed.
What to Bring & What’s Included
What is provided?
We provide:
- Linen (bed sheets and pillowcases)
- Towels
- Basic kitchen equipment
Do I need to bring my own linen or towels?
No. Linen and towels are provided.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing:
- Food and beverages
- Personal toiletries
- Clothes for the season
- Beach towels
- Any personal items or comforts you prefer
Do I need to bring cleaning supplies?
No. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for your stay, you are expected to leave your accommodation in a reasonably tidy state.
Before You Leave
What do I need to do before check-out?
Please:
- Remove all personal belongings
- Dispose of rubbish
- Leave the accommodation clean and tidy
Do I need to strip beds or wash towels?
No, you can leave these in place.
Fees & Payments
Is Club Lifestyle free?
Club Lifestyle is a homeowner benefit, but cleaning and other fees may apply.
What are the cleaning fees?
- 1-bedroom villa: $120
- 2-bedroom villa: $180
- Motorhome: $250
How are fees paid?
All fees are charged via direct debit with your next fortnightly rent payment.
Are there any additional charges?
Extra costs may apply for:
- Additional cleaning (including pet-related)
- Damage or missing items
- Motorhome insurance excess
Cancellations & Changes
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, but you must notify Lifestyle Communities as early as possible.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Refunds or credits may not apply for:
- No-shows
- Same-day cancellations
- Early departures or late arrivals
Requests may be considered at Lifestyle’s discretion.
Guests & Rules
Can I bring guests?
Yes, but you are responsible for all guests and must comply with occupancy limits.
Are children allowed?
Club Lifestyle is generally adults-only. Exceptions may be approved in special circumstances.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are only permitted in designated accommodation. You must supervise your pet and follow all rules.
Behaviour & Responsibilities
What are my responsibilities during my stay?
You are responsible for:
- Your guests
- Any damage or loss
- Following all policies and instructions
What happens if there is damage?
Costs may be charged to your account using your authorised payment method.
Can Lifestyle refuse access?
Yes. Lifestyle may cancel or restrict bookings if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or does not meet community expectations.
Operations & Changes
Can my booking be changed by Lifestyle?
Yes. Bookings may be changed or cancelled due to operational, safety, or emergency reasons.
What happens if my booking is affected by an emergency?
Lifestyle will aim to provide a reasonable solution, such as a rebooking or credit where possible.
Can the terms change?
Yes. Terms, conditions and fees may change from time to time. The current version applies to new bookings.
